![]() Upon our return from Albuquerque Jason filled out the customer service surveys for the hotel, car and air portions of our trip. He commented to Southwest that as a frequent flyer, and travelling with two children, that being stuck in the airport over night was not an ideal situation. Let me just say that as a company, they listened and they heard. Today Jason came home with 400.00 in Southwest Vouchers for us. They expire in one year, so I guess we how to figure out where we want to go. Time to get out the map.... so I am one very happy maphappymom. :) http://www.southwestairlines.com
